By-weekly coaching subscription is for clients who been on a regular monthly subscription and have now gained the knowledge and tools required to stay on plan, or, their goals are now different and no longer require weekly check ins.
Through by-weekly check ins we will track your recovery, energy, sleep, stress and other aspects that can affect your performance. We all know life can be challenging at times and so we will work with you to ensure you have the tools needed to keep working towards your goals.
We also know coaching is not a life long service and so we aim to educate you through our time working together so that you gain knowledge, tools and new habits to help you once you choose to move on.
