I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 12 years, having worked in London's top gyms. I have a true passion for improving not only physiques but also your mindset. Creating a healthy relationship with food, learning to love your body no matter what and creating long lasting habits. Most importantly, I love educating my clients. I give as much information as I can so you have the tools to carry on with your fitness journey successfully, understanding not only what is required to get done but also WHY. My most recent fitness challenge has been competing in bodybuilding competitions with an exceptional first season. I have always been fascinated by just how much we can change our bodies and therefore I always wanted to enter a bodybuilding competition just to see how far I can truly push myself. In the first season I managed to achieve: PCA First Timers 2021- Overall win taking home the sword PCA British Finals 2021- 3rd place GBO 2021- Placing 1st and winning a Pro Card GBO 2021- Placing 1st in a Pro Show Coaching is truly my passion, I love seeing results and getting the best out of my clients. through check-in we track quality of sleep, recovery, stress, energy levels, fatigue, cycle, hunger as well as foods you been craving to ensure your meal plan stays enjoyable. You will also need to upload photos and measurements. App will show you how much progress you made since joining.

Is there a minimum time I need to commit to?
No, there is no minimum time you need to commit to. Initial payment is for the first and last month which means when you are ready to move on, just let me know and your last month will be paid for already.
Where/ how do I make payments?
Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Details will be sent to you upon signing up.
How do you review client training techniques?
I ask all my clients, if they are comfortable enough, to film a working set for each exercise. I would review and send corrections if needed. We repeat this process until the form is perfectly nailed. Sometimes we also do a video call to go through key teaching points while doing the exercise.
How often can I book a call with you?
All coaching clients can request a call when one is needed. There is no real limit.
How much is your monthly coaching?
Monthly coaching is £110, however once we worked together for a while you can move to different coaching packages. All offers can be found under Plans Page.
