Coaching Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Dovile Naumenkaite (“Fitter Together Coach”) and the client (“You”). By engaging in coaching services, the Client agrees to these terms.

2. Coaching Services The Coach agrees to provide coaching services as outlined in the coaching package selected by the Client. Coaching packages are accessible to clients while they are under Fitter Together Coaching, found in the Client App.

3. Payment

• The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the coaching package.
• Payments are due the same date of each month, from the date you started coaching services with Fitter Together Coaching.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or PayPal.
• If Coaching prices change at any point, Fitter Together Coaching will provide 1 months notice, in which Client can choose to stay under new prices or leave Fitter Together Coaching with a months notice as per Cancellation Terms & Contitions section.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The Client must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session.
• Sessions not rescheduled or canceled within the notice period will be forfeited.
• Clients wishing to cancel coaching services must provide 1 months notice. Your 1 months deposit will be used against your last months coaching.

5. Confidentiality The Coach will keep all information shared by the Client confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the Client gives explicit permission. Fitter Together Coaching reserves the right to use Clients progress photos unless Client specifies in writing they do not wish for this to be shared on any social media platforms.

6. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:

• Be open and honest during coaching process.
• Complete any agreed-upon assignments or exercises between sessions.
• Communicate any concerns or feedback regarding the coaching process.
• Complete check ins as per selected coaching package schedule. Missing check ins does not equate to refunded payment or extended service.

7. Limitation of Liability The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the coaching services. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment and should not be used instead of a health professional where client is suffereing from any ilness, disorders, diseases.

8. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with  1 months notice. There will be no refunds of the deposit, deposit is to be used as the last month of coaching services.

9. Amendments These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by Fitter Together Coaching. It is clients responsibikity to check Terms & Conditions in the Client app.

10. Acceptance By engaging in coaching services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
