This 10 week personalised training and nutrition plan is ideal for those with a short term goal like a holiday, photoshoot or get in the best shape for a special occasion. Through weekly check ins we will track your recovery, energy, sleep, stress and other aspects that can affect your performance. We all know life can be challenging at times and so we will work with you to ensure you have the tools needed to keep working towards your goals.

How it works

  • Make one off payment of £300
  • We will send you an invite to the app where you will create your profile and fill in on boarding questionaire
  • You will be notified by what date your personalised plan will be up and running
  • If you'd like, we'll book in a video call to go over any questions or queries. Alternatively, send any questions you may have via in app chat or WhatsApp
  • We will agree on a day of the week you'll be checking in weekly. Your plan will be updated on weekly basis post check in
